Hello friends!

Some reminders and info for you from Cambridge Community Kitchen.

Can you believe it?! CCK will be five years old next month! Please come and celebrate with us. We'd love to see all the CCK family there, past and present. The day will roughly look like this:

3pm - 6pm: Crafts and workshops. This will be fairly quiet and chill.

6pm - 7pm: Dinner. The vibes will stay chill but it might be a little busier by this point.

7pm - 10pm: Gig. Probably loud and busy.

You're welcome to bring kids to the earlier part of the day. We'll have some lego for people to play with! If getting there is a barrier, please do drop us an email. We're still working out the details, but we'd love to support people with transport within Cambridge.

Did you know we have weekly "eat in" evenings on Tuesdays, 6:30pm - 8:30pm? It's the same delicious CCK food (sometimes some extra special treats that are harder to deliver!) but we eat together at the Lockon. It's about the community as much as the food, so please come along.

On the first Saturday of the month, we get together to clean the kitchen and other areas of the Lockon, our host building. This helps us to keep things running well and safely for everyone. If you like to scrub, fold, sort, organise, sweep or wash up, this is the event for you! The deep clean runs from 10:30am - 4pm but you can drop in for as long or as short as you'd like. Next dates are 1st November and 6th December.
